The information is provided by The Perfect Buff Ltd and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

 

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER
 

We will notify you via email once your order has been placed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

 

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the products to ensure everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there is a problem with the order you must make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.

You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

 

PAYMENT
 

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to The Perfect Buff Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received.

 

 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS
 

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

FAULTY GOODS


We accept no liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for your skin type – this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you.

We strongly advise that you patch test any items before first use to ensure skin compatibility.

Advertised results are based on clinical and subjective test results and we in no way guarantee you will achieve these results. As such, we will accept no liability for the non-achievement of any results and do not class non-achievement of results as a faulty product.

 

If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify us in writing detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 48 hours  from date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a returns number, doing so will slow down the process of returning.

RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE:

I understand I have the right to discontinue treatment at anytime & I understand that payment will still have to be made in full.

PUBLICITY MATERIALS:

 

  • I authorise the taking of clinical photographs and videos.

  • I understand that photographs and videos may be taken of me for educational and marketing purposes.

  • I hold the Therapist harmless for any liability resulting from this production.

  • I wave my rights to any royalties, fees and to inspect the finished products as well as advertising materials in conjunction with these photographs.

 

 

PAYMENT:

 

  • I understand that this is an 'elective' treatment and that payment is my responsibility and is expected at the time of treatment.

  • I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds.

  • The treatments to be carried out have been explained to me.

  • I have had sufficient opportunity to discuss my condition and treatment.

  • If I have any concerns I will address them with my therapist.

  • I certify that iI have read and fully understand the above paragraphs and that I have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered.
